Each session will utilise 3 credits from your available account balance.

Yes, each session will have the Project Creator assigned as the Host.

There are two roles available;

• Signers - who will have a signing action required of them
• Observers - who will not need to complete a signing action

The number of participants is not capped by Dedoco, you can check any restrictions on your Webex account.

Each participant will receive two emails;

1. A Webex meeting invitation which can be added to your calendar
2. A Dedoco invite email that confirms the participants role in the meeting, title of the document to be signed and information on how to join and participate in the session

The joining link can be found in the Webex meeting invitation.

Yes, all participants will need to have installed the Webex Meetings desktop app prior to joining the session.

You will be invited to install the desktop app when joining the meeting; alternatively, you can follow the instructions found here to install in advance.

The Host is responsible for two core functions at the start of the session;

• Approving the access of the other participants
• Launching of the Dedoco App and entry of the ‘Document ID’ to set up the session

First time users must click on the ‘App’ icon and type ‘Dedoco’ into the search bar.

The Document ID can be found in two places;

1. Within the Dedoco invite email that is sent to the Host
2. Within the ‘Projects’ Tab on the Host’s Dedoco Homepage. Here you can click on the relevant dVideoSign project and the ID is found below the document title

Once the Host has entered the Document ID the “Claim your Roles” page will open. The Host is then able to click the “Open for all” tab.

The Signing Link can be found in the body of the Dedoco invite email.

The meeting Host may record the session by clicking ‘Record’ at any time.
